When do you open Early Access Recruitment?

First & Third Tuesday of each month, recruitment opens up for 2 weeks (week dependent).

How long do Early Access recruitments last?

Most Early Access recruitments last 2 weeks. They usually end on the 2nd & 4th Friday of the month.

Do I really need to acknowledge Early Access terms?

• Early Access Agreements are legally required for any customers wishing to use features that are still in development. One document is required per organization participating.
• The Agreement can be signed in-line as a part of Early Access registration.
• Customers can sign via DocuSign as needed if the signatory is different from the Early Access participant (also prompted during the Early Access registration survey).

I'm concerned about security. Do you have any documentation on risks or security concerns?

From a security perspective, we do not have any Early Access-specific documentation outside of our DocuSign agreement. Early Access adheres to Qualtrics' privacy statement and platform security if your customer would like to learn more. Separately, each feature will also be reviewed by our internal Information Security teams prior to enablement.

What happens to a feature after the Early Access period is complete? Will the feature be 'turned off'?

The majority of Early Access features will not be turned off. However, if the customer does not have the relevant licenses, the feature will be turned off.
